The 10% covers a guest who finds you through Saltwater Direct's own search and browse pages, and a guest who finds your property page by searching your name on Google, Bing or another search engine. Either way, that's us finding you a guest. Share your own link on your website, Facebook, Instagram or anywhere else, and any booking that comes from it is 0% commission. You found that guest, not us. One flat rate, no tiers, nothing locked in.
